I was so happy to find out there’s an omakase spot here in Juárez. As soon as I learned about it, I went the very next day and it absolutely did not disappoint. I’ve had omakase in many places, including Japan, and this experience truly stood up there. The quality of the fish, the attention to detail, and the care in every course were impressive. I brought my mom with me and it was her first omakase experience. The staff made it so special for her. They explained every dish, every ingredient, and the preparation with so much patience and pride. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish. The service was top notch and the atmosphere made it feel like a truly traditional Japanese dining experience. If you’re looking for something authentic and thoughtful, this is the place. A huge shout out to the chef and the entire staff for the love and passion they clearly put into their work.
