    Sushi Saint never disappoints. We were in to try the Bite-30 menu, and yes, it was wonderful. Ambience is chic-casual, decor sophisticated-cozy, noise level a bit elevated because of techno-music, but definitely manageable. Had no trouble hearing my dining partner. The food, as always, was spectacular. Simple, elegant, beautifully prepared and presented. Aaron, our waiter, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We go back again and again and are always delighted.

    Our 3rd time going, and likely our top rated 1-Star Michelin (visited ~30) It's not only the food which is excellent, but the experience, the conversations...Their Sommeiler Juan, who recently won a state award, went above and beyond (even on their Super F*** It pairing) to elevate the experience and expose us to new wines. I decided to try their take on an espresso Martini, and it was fantastic...for those who try, it has a cherry taste based on the espresso used. My highest recommendations...it's worth the $....we'll keep coming back
