    The chef at this restaurant, Cousin and his sous chef McDonald have really outdone themselves. I consider myself a pretty good judge of various cuisines all over the world. And this restaurant has knocked it out of the park! I have been discouraged with local restaurants in the Western Mass/Connecticut area time and time again... How delighted and surprised was I by Tosca! My husband and I tried the Crostini Con Fungi (the various mushrooms cooked to perfection over toasted Crostini-- no words), My husband had the lamb loins, and I had the special branzino over home made gnocchi...I talked about it all the way home and CANNOT wait to go back for round two. KUDOS to having a chef/sous chef who are soooo passionate about what they serve!!!

    Absolutely Loved It. Food was delicious. Waitress extremely nice. Drinks were perfect. I will definitely be back. It was date night for me and Wifey and then we went to a show at the Toyota Oakdale theatre afterward.
