We had the Tasting Menu and it was stunning! Each dish was perfectly prepared and presented. All the ingredients were seasonal and local. My only disappointment was the lack of Canadian wines on the wine list. So many great Canadian wines would add to the local/Canadian experience for people. Restaurant Toque! definitely lived up to its reputation. A must experience when visiting the city.
