At the heart of Fatto a Mano is a simple promise: Neapolitan-style pizza, sides and desserts, all made by hand using the best Italian and local ingredients.Behind every pizza is a focus on craft. Dough is made in-house and proved for at least 48 hours using just flour, water, salt and yeast, creating a light, flavourful and easy-to-digest base. Pizzas are cooked in an AVPN-accredited Neapolitan oven at up to 460°C, producing a perfectly blistered crust.Ingredients are sourced from trusted producers in Italy and the UK, selected for quality, traceability and flavour, from flour, mozzarella and tomatoes to standout deli products. Our pizzeria on Dean Street sits in the heart of Soho, just steps from Tottenham Court Road station. Surrounded by streets rich with Italian history, it felt only right to open our doors here.
