    My second visit to Temper did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend the pork belly bites. Just the right amount of heat. The heirloom tomato salad and potatoes with raclette cheese were also great sides. But the steaks at Temper are the star of the show. Our table split a sirloin and a picanha, both cooked medium rare. I liked the sirloin better, but what really elevated both steaks was the chimichurri sauce. It added a great freshness to the steak. For dessert you have to get the chocolate mousse. It was extremely rich, so perfect for sharing. The margaritas were also popular with our group. The service was impeccable. Would definitely recommend.

    Absolutely fantastic experience! The meat was outstanding—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The service was flawless, attentive without being intrusive. And the wine was just as impressive, pairing beautifully with the meal. Highly recommended!
