We celebrated my mother’s 64th birthday at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar in Windsor, and it was a wonderful experience. This was everyone’s first time dining there, including the birthday girl, and we were truly impressed!
Our steaks initially came out a little more charred than we preferred, so we asked to speak with the manager. Without hesitation, the concern was addressed and resolved immediately. Now, that is exceptional customer service!
From the moment we arrived until we left, we were treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The staff made sure our entire party felt welcomed, appreciated, and well taken care of.
It’s not always about everything being perfect; it’s about how a business handles a concern, and The Keg Windsor exceeded our expectations.
