    Wonderful seafood with exceptional flavors consistent with Chef Jose Andres. Lobster chawanmushi with lemon foam was memorable as was the Hokkaido scallops with chorizo XO sauce. Appetizers and side vegetables also a great balance. Fantastic dessert - citrus meringue- with blood orange shave ice inside ended the evening with beautiful touch. Our waiter, John, provided exceptional service. Nice selection of Spanish wines by the glass. Will go again.

    The restaurant came highly recommended by a friend, and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing, and the service was great too. A bit of a mishap with the wine, but it got sorted out. A great new place to go in Vegas.

    Anima by EDO is a wonderful spot. Welcoming & chill vibe, friendly & attentive service (Thank You Anthony, Paolo, & team), amazing wine list, and a delicious menu. Our favorite bites are their Eggplant Parmigiana, and their Truffle Cavatelli. We highly recommend Anima by EDO
