    I really enjoyed having dinner at Chop on Jasper Ave, the ambiance was excellent not too loud, not too bright or too dark! Everything was just right, my steak was a little overcooked, but when I explained to my server, they took care of it right away and brought me one that was perfect! I highly recommend this restaurant

    Service was excellent from start to finish. Bree was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always available whenever we needed anything. The food, as always, was outstanding — the steak was cooked perfectly, and the desserts were absolutely divine. We were also celebrating my dad’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make the occasion special. They presented him with a birthday card signed by the staff, which was a thoughtful touch. His dessert plate was decorated with “Happy Birthday,” and he truly enjoyed the extra attention. Overall, the experience was exceptional and well worth it. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food

    Loved our dinner!! Place was quiet when we arrived, likely due to long weekend, but great for us, as we had outstanding service because of it. Bone marrow was delish as was our steak...sooooo good!! We also had the tuna sashimi and I'm always a little disappointed at how thin (all) restaurants are slicing the tuna...but overall it was also really yummy. Thanks for a great date night!!
