The food is as close to eating in Turkey as you can get in NYC, and the service is genuinely friendly. On Sunday this included an offering of breakfast and brunch items through 4 PM! We shared a vegetarian pancake appetizer, served a yogurt sauce. It was delicious. As we do not have lamb often, we selected one the ground lamb Adana style and one Kofte style. They were served with a fresh salad and a rice dish. They were both very tasty and the meat was plentiful. The bread was newly made and delicious as well. We finished out meal with Kunefe, a sweetened dough dessert with more of a thin stemmed coconut texture. It was a delight. The service was attentive.More infoDeniz Turkish Mediterranean$$$$• Turkish• Fort Greene•4.5
