The food, service and ambience was all it was cracked up to be. I had and amazing steak meal, great service by the wait staff and the host, all up it was a nice and pleasant dining experience. The only thing i would recommend any changes to are the Cocktail appearances, beautiful taste, but cocktails need to wow visually as well, they came in an average looking glass, more like i would get if i was drinking a coke, not a good look for a Cocktail. For the price they are, they need to be on display at all times. It what makes them enticing to order more.

The atmosphere, vibe, service, and food were all excellent. In particular, the Chicken Maryland and Ox Tongue were absolutely delicious, and they have a great selection of whiskey to match.

Rengaya has been serving YAKINIKU in North Sydney since 1993, making it one of Australia’s pioneering Japanese barbeque restaurants. Now, that tradition is set to continue at its new digs on Miller Street – just a short stroll from the original location – in a much more modern, striking setting. The new fit-out features bar-counter seats around an open kitchen, red booth seating divided by Japanese-style timber panelling and a hard-to-miss chandelier.
