We started Fatto a Mano in Brighton in 2015, serving authentic and affordable Neapolitan pizza, made with fresh ingredients, in a friendly environment. For us, everything starts with our dough. Soft and pillowy, our pizza dough is made fresh every day, using only the best Italian 00 flour, salt, water and yeast. We let our dough prove for at least 24 hours – the slow proving means we’re able to use minimal quantities of yeast, so our pizzas are light and easily digestible. We use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas. Finally, our pizzaioli cook the pizzas in our oven at about 450 degrees, for no more than 90 seconds, in true Neapolitan style.

    Really lovely meal for my husband's birthday, food was very nice and good size portions. Both waitresses that served us were polite and attentive. Would definitely recommend. Looking forward to going back soon.

    First time visit and found the place to have very lively atmosphere but not noisy. Good decoration and service was very attentive although one or two mistakes. Food was served very quickly and tasted great. Really good flavours. Overall I was impressed.

    We had such a nice time last week, we thought we’d treat ourselves again this week! Great service from the same waitress, I wish we’d got her name as I could’ve given her a special mention. Food as good as ever. Now trying to think of another excuse to re-visit!

    Fratelli, is a lovely italian restaurant. The food was great and the tiramisu was to die for. It said homemade and it didn't disappoint. It was light and wasn't over powered by coffee liquor. The staff were warm, welcoming and very attentive. All of which made for a very pleasant evening.
