Opened in 2017. Michelin-recommended since 2022."We first imagined Aloette to be the perfect diner that we’d want to dine in – a menu with a great burger paired with a fantastic and fun wine list, a long row of bar stools facing the bar and the kitchen, and an energetic atmosphere accented with an old school hip hop playlist. The buzz of the dining room mirrors the energy of the street on Spadina Avenue; the dining room itself mimics a train’s dining car. It’s kind-of-a-bistro and kind-of-a-diner with an internationally inspired menu which is representative of the diverse cultures in Toronto.Brunch at Aloette was something we said we’d never do. But the city kept asking and we’re glad to be a new staple in the Queen West neighbourhood for mimosas, chicken and waffles, and piping hot coffees. Bramble never disappoints. The cobb salad, the burger, the steak are all exceptional. They even made the birthday experience special with singing and a slice of their delicious sticky toffee pudding. Well done.

Our waiter Kai was amazing, we were visiting from out of town and wanted to try the vinyl brunch. The drinks were flowing our entire reservation, we all participated in the unlimited mimosas and no cup stayed empty. I had the kimchi eggs with the cottage cheese on the side, we also ordered the Drake breakfast platter with chorizo, the Drake burger with fries and the avocado toast (The hot sauce was so good and had the perfect kick). Everything was delicious!! The vinyl DJ was playing all great hits a mixture of old school and current; they definitely kept the vibes going during our visit! We also enjoyed the photo booth which was the perfect touch! Would highly recommend coming here! Will be returning when we visit Canada again. Thank you all for your kindness and hospitality.
