    Nina was an outstanding hostess. She explained the food (in English) very clearly. The meals arrived promptly. The owner (Paulo) introduced himself and explained his and the restaurant history. Food was meticulously prepared, delicious, and each dish was a piece of art. We will come back to Cicero on our next visit to Lisbon.

    The menu, food, wine and service were excellent. In particular, smaller restaurant with owner serving and overseeing dinner made for memorable experience. Pork cheeks not to be missed.

    Absolutely fantastic experience! The service was amazing, the food was excellent (we had tuna tartare, T-bone steak, and a lobster salad - everything was delicious, properly seasoned, and beautifully served), and great drinks (we had an old fashioned and a tipsy pear cocktail). We also got lucky and were treated to live music in the little library room of the hotel lobby that the restaurant is part of!

    The food was absolutely delicious. No complaints about anything for my first time in Lisbon truly a good kick off dish. I had Seabass.
