Providence has perfected the art of fine dining with beautiful food, wine, and ambiance while remaining unpretentious and keeping light and fun. Although there are only two tasting menus, the options for additions and supplements are exquisite. The wine list is exceptional with many bottles in the low three figures, we had an extra brut champagne that paired perfectly with all the dishes. Devin was our server, and was helpful, kind, and attentive, but not intrusive. And dressed so adorably! We did not feel rushed through our courses, we did not wait long at all for drinks or food, we were properly reset for our next course even though I am someone who tends to pick slowly at my meal, and those things really make or break a dining experience for me. The only thing that was slightly bothersome was the flies outside— however, I did choose to sit outside, so I can’t be mad that there are bugs outdoors. They live there.
