I don’t remember our waiters name but he was so attentive making sure everything was perfect the whole time. They sat us close to the water and even took a Polaroid of us to remember the night. We were seated immediately, and the place was already packed. Our server, Thierry, was fantastic. He was very open with his recommendations and the reason for them. We were not disappointed. We started with the spanikopita (if you don’t like flakey buttery phyllo, don’t order this, but if you do, don’t miss this). The ratio of cheese to pastry dough was perfect. I also ordered the Dolmathes — I ate two at dinner, and two the next morning! We then enjoyed an incredibly fresh tasting Greek salad. My wife had the souvlaki — it was cooked to perfection. I’m not a big lamb guy, but this was amazing, and it didn’t have the gamey lamb taste. I ordered the whole grilled sea bass, and it was spectacular. It was reminiscent of a similar dish I had in Croatia about 10 years ago. We ended the meal with the Baklava — another fantastic job by the chef. You can’t reserve more than a month in advance — make yours as exactly one month in advance or you’ll miss out. Small plates were delicious and plated beautifully. We had the Zero Proof drinks and they were the best we’ve had.
