    Domenico and crew have a special experience they share with Costa Mesa’s diners every night. The guy has a passion for entertaining and the food is cooked with care. The arancini were light and fluffy despite their heavy seeming ingredients. The lasagna had thin layers and perfectly balanced sauce and meat. The chef’s special short ribs with mashed potatoes had my wife scraping the plate clean. If you’re looking for a cozy dinner spot with live music, give this place a shot. The food is delicious and served with passion.

    It’s been years since I was last at Sky Room. I was staying at Breakers so I was excited to see that it’s been renovated and the food has been completely reimagined by chef Maxwell Pfeiffer, and it’s unbelievable The dishes were perfectly prepared and immaculately presented! Can’t say enough good things about the entire experience!
