Giusti sits just off Main in Mount Pleasant’s historic Ashnola Building, where tall windows and old chandeliers throw a candlelit glow across the room. It’s cozy but alive. The menu starts with what’s fresh, folding in Italian cheeses, vinegars, and salumi that let local vegetables shine. Every pasta is hand-rolled, often egg-fortified. Please note we are unable to offer gluten free pasta. We look forward to hosting you in our Main Dining Room, Galleria or Bar Area.
