    Really great experience. Had an especially great server named Alex really one of the best I’ve had in the six years since I’ve been living in Asheville. She told us that she had been working in the kitchen and only recently had moved into a server position. She’s made for it and absolutely terrific.

    Posana was amazing! Before moving to Asheville 7 months ago, we had been coming to Asheville for 20 years and just now got around to trying Posana. We had the Locals Menu at $50 each. I started with the kale salad. Best kale salad ever! Tender, not bitter, just delicious. My husband had the pimento cheese hush puppies and yes, they were as good as they sound. Entrees were salmon for him, pasta for me and then dessert. Just can’t say enough about how good it was. Service was impeccable. Five stars all around

    1st time at this restaurant. Sat at the bar. Service and Zen+tonic cocktail was great! I had a pasta orchiette meal with mushrooms,kale, garlic and red sauce-outstanding! My husband had a chicken parmesan dish also great. Don't miss the focaccia bread served with 3 different spreads! Will definitely be back if we're in the area again.
