Best Lunch Restaurants in Stockport

Here’s a polished review you could post: We had an absolutely fantastic afternoon at Hawksmoor Manchester. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional – every member of staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly without being overbearing. The food was outstanding, with perfectly cooked steaks that were full of flavour and some of the best we’ve had. The atmosphere was relaxed , making it the perfect place for a birthday meal. We couldn’t fault a thing and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

A big shout out to Mike our waiter who looked after us so well. We all thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon at Albert's & Mike always goes that extra mile making sure everything is just to our liking. It was my friend's birthday so a cake , candle & a happy birthday made it even more special. Always the little things that mean such a lot So thank you Albert's Didsbury for another pleasant afternoon, we will be back again soon & hopefully Mike will be working on our next visit.

Wonderful evening and charity dinner raising funds for the Christie hospital. Great food from a number of top restaurants sharing Higher Ground's kitchen for our 8 course menu. We enjoyed food from Higher Ground, Winsome, Where the Light Gets In, Skof, Rothay Manor, Pip and the Real Tartuffe. All delicious. A relaxed (for diners) but professional environment with friendly service and delicious food.

Food was fabulous as always, we ordered a few different dishes between us and every one was lovely.
