Absolutely perfect! Asked for a Hugo spritz and they made the best one I’ve ever had-including in Italy! We tried crab cakes, gumbo, bone in rib eye, and bananas foster-everything was delicious and we were so impressed with the quality of service! Definitely at the top of our list.

My wife and I visited Cañonita with another couple while in town from Chicago, and it was the perfect spot to kick off a Las Vegas evening. Situated right along the canal, the energy and atmosphere are fantastic for a double date. We sat at the bar area, and the service was prompt, friendly, and kept the drinks flowing. The cocktail program here is a massive highlight. Between the four of us, we sampled a bit of everything. The Cañonita and Jalapeño margaritas were crisp and hit the spot, but the Blossom margaritas were the absolute standout of the night—perfectly balanced and incredibly refreshing. We also grabbed a Carajillo, which was expertly made, and enjoyed a large pour of the Tribute Cabernet, which paired surprisingly well with the heavier dishes. For the food, we stuck to a mix of classic starters and hearty mains to share. You can’t go wrong with chips and salsa, but the Fundido Chorizo was the real crowd-pleaser at the table—rich, gooey, and perfect with some extra flour tortillas and sour cream. For the main event, the Carne Asada was flavorful, tender, and beautifully cooked. For a prime spot on the Strip with high-quality drinks and great food, the value is tough to beat. Whether you are looking for a fun date night or a spot to catch up with friends, Cañonita delivers. We will definitely keep it on our radar for our next Vegas trip!

We had a fantastic dining experience and wanted to give a special thank you to Tanya for her outstanding service. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout the evening. It’s honestly one of the few times we’ve recently experienced service in the US that truly stood out and exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent as always, but Tanya’s professionalism and friendly attitude made the experience even more memorable. We’ll definitely be back and hope to be served by her again. As usual, the food and ambiance are fantastic! I've actually come here for both lunch and dinner over the last two days. I highly recommend it.
