Best Organic Food Restaurants in East Colfax

Amazing dinner and service as always! We did the four courses and it is so fun to try everything.

Valet parking was complimentary because we spent at least $100 for dinner at the Edge restaurant. I know, it's hard to spend less than $100 for dinner at Edge. That was part of the draw to Edge - we attended an event at the Performing Arts Center across the street after dinner. But the main reason to eat at Edge is the overall great quality food, diverse menu, great service, and ambience.

We sat outside which was pleasant with a little road noise but no more so than music and indoor conversations. Our waitress, Jasmine, was excellent, knowledgeable and very attentive. We started with unique cocktails (excellent as well), then their delicious tortilla soup, shrimp/crab enchiladas, corn esquites, and home-made churros with caramel and chocolate sauces. The whole dinner was amazing! Hats off to the chef. Love the revised menu and new interior decor!

As usual, both the food and the service at Root Down were excellent. We had Sunday Brunch and the margarita of the day (with salt foam) was quite lovely. And I'm a huge fan of the osso buco benedict! Amazing brunch option.

We are frequent visitors to Plimoth, but tonight I had an excellent small plate of “halibits” which were small chunks of halibut deep fried and served with fantastic tartar sauce.
