- CCharlesGreater Boston •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoKirstin our server was excellent! Nice young lady who was attentive helpful. Her support staff was also excellent. At one point another nice young lady checked to ask how things were as well. She might have been the manager. There was quite a good crowd and everyone was having a good time.More infoLa Vecina$$$$• Mexican• Newport•4.7

We dined in the Anchor Room, where the views are amazing at every seat and the vibe is very modern. Service is always outstanding and tonight did not disappoint. The food was exceptional all around. We had a less than ideal food and drink experience last time, but this outing was 10 out of 10 - drinks, appetizers, meals, specials. Could not have loved the night more and cannot wait to go back!More infoThe Coast Guard House Anchor Room$$$$• Seafood• Narragansett•4.7

- LlewRhode Island •9 reviews5.0Dined on Jul 3, 2026Our party kept singing the chorus from "Sweet Caroline" -- so good, so good! I was entertaining my two brothers from LA, and we had to have a RI calamari experience. OK, squid is one of my favorite things to eat. Been eating it for 50 years all around the world. The Point Judith Calamari at Plum Point Bistro set a new bar. The piquant seasoning was out of this world. Simply sensational. Instead of banana peppers, the squid was accompanied by pickled onions -- just inspired. I ordered the twin grilled pork chops (two immense babies; had to take one home) and my brothers got the white clam spaghetti, which they devoured. My wife had an amazing cacio e pepe that would turn heads in Rome. After two courses like that, we had to share a dessert, and strawberry galette did not disappoint. As the man said: So good, so good!More infoPlum Pt. Bistro$$$$• American• North Kingstown•4.7
- LLaraVirginia •4 reviews5.0Dined on Jul 2, 2026My husband and I made a dinner reservation for our anniversary. We arrived early and were able to find a seat at the bar. When our table was ready we were seated at a very nice table. The menu was well thought out and our meals were excellent. We shared the Globe Artichoke, then I had the Ricotta Gnocchi and my husband had the lamb. Both were excellent. We finished dinner with a decadent chocolate dessert paired with a small accompaniment of sour cream and hazelnuts. It was perfect.More infoThe Dining Room at the Vanderbilt$$$$• Contemporary American• Newport•4.6
