'The Crabtree, with its spectacular position downstream from The River Cafe,has a huge sprawling garden, a glazed colonnade and frontage on to theThames shaded by a weeping willow. The prawns in chilli hot oil and the toastspread with tomatoes and onions were good, so much so we ordered themagain when we returned for Sunday lunch.     A wonderful evening of fantastic wine, delicious food and excellent company. The ambiance was just perfect, set against the backdrop of beautiful summers eve. I would highly recommend this evening to anyone who wants to taste sublime food, paired with phenomenal wine.

    We had the most happy time there with delicious food and fantastic service. Once the lady who welcomed us realised that it was our anniversary, she arranged for two glasses of bubbly for us! We had him highly recommend this place.

    Had an excellent meal. There is a good variation on offer in the menu and the portion sizes are generous. Staff were very friendly. The only thing that would put me off returning is the seating - the chairs are incredibly uncomfortable and on the tables for two , the tables are a couple of inches lower than a standard table resulting in it being really uncomfortable and making your back ache. I took my elderly mum and had to get cushions for her and we left before having desert because of the seating! If the comfort was sorted we would make this a regular as the food is great!
