We're local and decided to try something different for dinner. Really glad we did. The food was ono, especially the kebabs and fresh bread. Portions were good, and we had plenty to share. Service was friendly and the whole place had a nice, relaxing vibe.

A wonderful evening. Although the restaurant was packed and there were not many servers, we still received our delicious food piping hot and on time. We were also able to go to our concert at the Blaisdell on time. We look forward to returning to Chef Chai for a delightful experience.

Great restaurant for children, with a complete meal with choices of before meal “appetizer” of apple sauce, soup or salad; drink and ice cream for dessert. The entree size was quite nice and the freshly heated bread was a nice touch. The adult portion was very generous, but I tend to not enjoy a large portion of pasta. This is not gourmet dining but usually the quality is very good for the price and the service is very pleasant. This is a nice restaurant for family dining.

From start to finish, our entire experience at Texas de Brazil for a random Date Night, was excellent. Booking our initial reservation online was simple and quick. However, due to traffic we were running behind and when we called the restaurant to inform them we'd be way past our rez-time, they had no problem moving us to a later time. Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated right away. They didn't have the Brazilian soda I usually order in stock, but our server recommended the Lemonade and it was delicious! Since it's sweetened with condensed milk, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The salad bar has a great variety of cold cuts, pickles, salad fixings & toppings. They also have hot sides, such as scalloped potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, rice, beans, fish, and Lobster Bisque (definitely must try, it's Delicious!). As for the Gauchos, once you display your tab on the Green side, they'll make their way over with all the wonderful meats. Chicken, pork, beef, and lamb prepared in a variety of ways. Depending on the item they may also be able to provide a cut at your preferred temp. Like the filet mignon and sirloin beef, I'll ask for a cut on the rare side if they have it available. All members of staff were friendly and accommodating. Even though we missed our original dining time, we still had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back again.

We had a team of servers, all of whom were excellent. Our main server, Jet, was perfect. Explained their specials well and made some great recommendations. Friendly and checked on us regularly (without being over solicitous). The food, each course, was absolutely delicious. Lovely, chill and subtly romantic ambience. Musician contributed greatly to the soothing, warm and chill mood. Overall excellent experience.
