    Definitely wait for the porch, even on a rainy evening. The ambiance looking out on the Riverwalk is unmatched. Service was outstanding and food quality was top notch. Ask for it rare and it’s not served medium rare. Outstanding dedication to proper quality and temp!

    This is my second review in two days because we loved Gibson’s Italia so much that we booked it again for the next evening! What an extraordinary place this is. The view is stunning, and the food and service are incredible. Patrick and Adam made us feel like family, and that is what took this experience to the next level. The artichoke appetizer was so unique and definitely the best artichoke we’ve ever eaten! The pasta dishes and steak were second to none. Gibson’s was our favorite Chicago memory by a mile!
