    Always love coming to Gemma, the decor is very moody and inviting, food is outstanding, as is the service, although every single time we’re here the service feels a tad rushed, and at times robotic, never rude though. We’ll continue to come back and highly recommend.

    The four of us agreed--this was one of the best dinners we've ever had. We left it to Chef Toby and the team and all went with the Tasting Menu. Added in/split an entree that wasn't on the menu, but we wanted to try. Had incredible drinks. Service was top notch. I eat salmon a lot of places...mostly for health consciousness...but this salmon was absolutely incredible. The ceviche was wildly good. The first course of lamb and celery puff (not even sure what to call it) were both so flavorful. I'm not a pork lover, but they way they prepared it and served it with just the right flavors was a highlight.

    Lovely experience. Amazing food but even more amazing service. Sadly, we were having such a great evening that we did not take any pictures. Stand outs were the Thai Beef Lettuce Wraps, the Corn and Miso Ravioli, and the Sea Bream nigiri. The service is some of the best in Dallas including a wonderful sommelier. We will be back soon!
