Mario was an excellent chef. He was nice, entertaining, and cooked our meal perfectly. The food was very good. Location just needs an interior refresh.

Carson Kitchen exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Our group had a fantastic experience, and the staff did an outstanding job accommodating us and ensuring everything ran smoothly. The food was exceptional across the board... creative, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish that came to the table was a hit, and it was clear that great care goes into both the menu and the dining experience. What stood out most was the atmosphere. It provided the perfect setting for our group to gather, connect, and enjoy an evening together without ever feeling rushed. Between the incredible food, outstanding service, and comfortable environment, Carson Kitchen delivered a truly memorable experience. We will absolutely be back and would highly recommend it for both small gatherings and larger group dinners.

Such a crear dinning experience! From the moment we were greeted and sat, to staying and chatting after. Everyone we talked to here was so kind! And that’s before mentioning the food which takes you to a whole other place simply because the food is that good! Unlike anything else I have tried.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Salt Lake City. I have a gluten intolerance but they use double zero flour so I can indulge in delicious pasta and bread without suffering the repercussions the next day. On top of that, the food is delicious and the service is top-notch. A special shout out to Dominic who always makes our visits great. The brown butter gnocchi is life-changing.
