First time eating at The Fort. Went there to celebrate my birthday! The food was excellent & the service was wonderful. Great that you can go there dressed however you are & don't necessarily have to dress up. Good seletion of food. Noise level did get higher as more diners showed up.

Hands down the best date night spot of you want a relaxed atmosphere, great service and outstanding food.

Absolutely amazing and the best food. We had been there before but they really blew us away this time. Everything was spot on. sat at the chef's table and it was wonde4rful.

Let me begin by saying that this was our first time to Simms steakhouse and it was amazing from beginning to end! The view was just perfect and the ambiance was everything we wanted.. We wanted to be able to have a great conversation and dine with delicious food! Both were met the night we went to dine in! Our server JD and he was so knowledgeable, professional and guided us through the menu! We ordered the spicy margarita and the old fashion with the 1/2 oysters, pear and saga salad with their warm bread with the honey butter that looked like a soufflé.. yum .. We then had the 22oz bone in Ribeye with a 14oz lobster tail with a cognac pepper sauce and accompanied with the au gratin potato’s and wild roasted mushrooms!! We ended our night with an Aspen coffee , drip coffee and a rich creamy crème brûlée! We had a spectacular experience and the time we spent was amazing! Thank you to the manager for coming over to just talk to us about our experience! We will definitely return and we hope to bring our family and friends to share the same experience!
