Tristan was my server. He was so knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. The service was perfection. The food tasted so good. I went during happy hour and took advantage of the Price drop so that I could try a couple of different things. I had the petite oysters., the smoke trout dip, fried oyster salad, and a crème brûlée served with this fabulous pistachio cookie. Luckily, I hadn’t eaten much for the entire previous week. Each thing that I tried was better than the last. What a perfect meal, ambiance and experience for a solo traveler who walked 7 miles that day. You have to try this place. It’s just simply incredible. Thank you, Tristan and thank you, Chef.
