Best Vegan Restaurants in Liberty City

Wonderful experience at Nami Nori Design district. A simple non pretentious temaki bar, with minimalistic decor and excellent service and food. Would recommend a reservation given limited seating availability at the bar. We started with the ocean trout sashimi which was tangy and full of flavor, then we ordered the signature set which has 5 pre-designed temaki, which is the appropriate number for you to be satisfied. Out of the selection our favorite was the x.o scallop. Not at all the flavor that I was expecting but it was a pleasant surprise and one that I would definitely go back for! The other ones in the set were also tasty, with the cucumber black sesame being also an unexpected surprise, light and dense at the same time, my second runner up. Off the set we also ordered the spicy lobster temaki which was very fun to eat. For dessert we had the matcha basque cheesecake. The texture was not that of a typical basque cheesecake, but it was soft and velvety, with a crispy bottom. Fantastic in my opinion. Service was exceptional. Our server was Carla, she was attentive and made the experience very pleasant. We were also served by two different chefs at the bar, and I could tell that they really love their food and love to provide their costumers with a good experience. I asked for a piece of lime for my water and one of the chefs (whom I believe, after reading about the place, was one of the main chef partners) provided me with about 6 pieces of lime! very attentive and sweet. Can't wait to go back.

Service was great! Very attentive. Made sure water glasses were full, other drinks refill. Need for anything else after meal was served. The food was delicious. We are new to Miami and this area. This was our 2nd time here. We will definitely be repeat diners.

Had such an amazing time last night with my boyfriend at Contessa. Amazing service, the food is incredible and the dirty martinis are the best! We will definitely be coming back! And shout out to Andrew for making sure our experience is nothing but special for our night out 😊
