Best Historic Restaurants in Sunnyvale

I was more than pleasantly surprised by our meal at Pacific Catch. IT was absolutely delicious, far better than I expected. I ordered the halibut, macadamia-nut-crusted, side of Brussels sprouts and kimchi rice. It was scrumptious. Huge servings that I took home and enjoyed for dinner another night. I had low expectations, envisioning a Sizzler / Red Lobster situation and came away enthusiastic. Conveniently located next to the spanking new movie theater, it's a really nice evening out. Keep up the great work, PC!

I had to check this place out after reading all the great reviews… and it definitely did not disappoint! The restaurant is beautifully decorated, with gorgeous lighting that creates a nice atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and even let me choose where I wanted to sit since I was dining solo. The service stayed exceptional from beginning to end, my server was attentive and friendly. Now, the food… my appetizer, the shrimp with octopus, was absolutely delicious! My main dish, the carne asada, was good, though not quite outstanding. The steak itself was cooked well, but the demi-glace on top was a little too salty for my taste. The chile poblano, however, was another standout side dish! Overall, I had a fantastic experience. Thank you, Reposado, for the outstanding service and great food! I’m from San Diego, but next time I’m visiting again, I will definitely stop by for another great experience.

I recently had a wonderful dine-in experience at SALAR Restaurant & Bar. The ambiance is elegant and perfect for both family dinners and special occasions. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and has a great vibe. The food was absolutely delicious every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality and authenticity in every bite. The menu has a great variety, and everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. The service was equally impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. They were quick with recommendations and ensured everything was served on time. Overall, SALAR Restaurant & Bar is a fantastic place for dine-in. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for great food, excellent service, and a premium dining experience. Will definitely visit again!

From the moment we walked in German, our server, was so welcoming and friendly. The food portions were huge and delicious. We sat outside and loved lively ambiance. We’ll definitely return!
