    The service and food were phenomenal! I just wish they had more variety on their menu. Overall, I would recommend this spot for a nice relaxing sit down dinner that feels upscale for a good price.

    We had a lovely time at Il Fornaio's for my sister's birthday. The food and service were outstanding. We shared a caesar salad, their asparagus souffle (amazing - I wish I could recreate it at home - SO delicious with delicate asparagus flavor, a piquant creamy tomato sauce and garnished with bacon/prosciutto crisps that added so much interest and that extra something) and their capricciosa pizza which reminded me so much of a pizza I had in Milan years ago - the same wonderful thin crust with a wood-fired pizza oven taste. Then they brought a wonderful (free) birthday dessert that was also absolutely delicious. We cannot wait to go back again.

    Nestled on the quiet Alpine Rd, this restaurant looks like it’s a neighborhood go to for folks in the area. We came here for a family dinner and had great experience. Staff was attentive, the wine and cocktails were good, food was tasty and everyone loved what they got.
