The main desert was unexpectedly weak in depth of satisfaction (I need heart-attack richness), but perfectly executed with the best of the best natural ingredients. Surprise tour of the fermentation rooms - very special (Porcini mushroom wine - what???). Fun chef, team of brave, deep thinkers, with world-changing culinary approaches. At the end, they did gather all guests together at the exit to sign our checks, which was sus and not aligned with the price-point of this type of experience. Perhaps slide it table-side at the end of dinner service? Yera wears it’s crown well. Ready to book round 2.

Very nice Overall. Had the Filet this time. Last time the bistecca, which was more tender. Rest was really good!

Great food and service. Typical food which is a mix of Austrian and Italian. Desserts were delicious and the view excellent. A bit pricey, but due to remote location, yet still accessible by car
