    Hector, our waiter, may be even very special. One of us was celebrating a birthday, and he recommended our wine, made sure our dinner service was timely, and even joined us to sing happy birthday these days it is rare to have a superb waiter, even during very busy times.

    Simply divine: Mr. Chan’s fried rice with the pork belly add‑on, a bright sesame salad on the side, and the “tiramiso” — hands down the best dessert I’ve had so far. A spot where every plate layers Asian‑inspired flavours with meticulous detail, all delivered with polished service and warm hospitality that makes you feel looked after from the moment you walk in. I honestly can’t wait to go back.
