    I had been wanting to try UCHU for a while. We had the spot prawn omakase experience, and it did not disappoint. Every dish was delicious, and the presentation impeccable. As we sat at the bar we got to observe dishes from the regular menu being prepared, and it made me want to go back soon because everything looked delicious! All the staff were super friendly, including Chef Valverde who made sure to stop by several times to see how we were enjoying our food. Overall a great experience!

    We were visiting for the weekend, had the Chef's menu. Was a good choice as the food was excellent (the ceviche is a must). Good wine selection too. The place is very nice and the staff were great, very attentive without being overbearing!
