- HNHermanNMemphis / West Tennessee •1 review5.0Dined on Apr 8, 2023I really love this little bistro. It's a bit out the way whenever I am in Memphis, but I make it a point to stop at Pepper and grab something on the go or dine-in for dinner. I had the French Mustard Chicken Thighs and Brandy Sweet Potato Pie. It was all delicious. The bistro is sort of rustic. It appears to be a work in progress, but I look forward to dining again very soon. Oh yes, try the Lavender and Earl Grey Tea cookies when you visit!More infoPepper Bistro$$$$• Contemporary French / American• Arlington•2.9
