    I was unable to make a reservation using OpenTable initially (apparently, four days out was too far in advance) so I called the restaurant to reserve a table. I did not receive the text acknowledgment from my call so I booked again through OpenTable the day before we wanted to eat there. When we got there, there were two reservations for us, and I got a text that I had canceled the OpenTable reservation. I don’t know what the problem was. We enjoyed the delicious food, and we were pleased that the restaurant wasn’t excessively crowded or noisy. The meal lasted a little longer than we expected. We thought that the kitchen might have been short of staff due to the holiday. Since we were not in any hurry, it was fine that we were there a long time. This might have been problematic for someone else with a tighter schedule. There had been some menu changes that disappointed us, but I’m pleased to say that the majority of our favorite items, that had been off of the menu were now back. Overall, we had a very enjoyable evening, and the food was excellent.

    Seven of us had dinner there last night for a retirement celebration. Our table was ready immediately per our reservation, and the service was impeccable. Our server, Trace, was attentive, efficient, and personable. He made great recommendations on the menu and made us laugh throughout our meal with the perfect balance of interaction with our table and time alone to enjoy our dining experience. He was gracious enough to take our group picture in the lobby before we left. The ambience was beautiful and the food was delicious. I ordered the chicken ravoli and greek salad; both were amazing. We all enjoyed wine and the trio starter with freshly baked pita break. We couldn't have picked a more perfect location to celebrate. Thank you Olive Bistro!

    My favorite new spot. It was Mother’s Day and the service was fast and customer service was excellent. There was no waiting or anything they really handled that day with ease. Oh and the food was so good. I will be back with all of my friends. I have recommended this place to everyone.
