    Our family really enjoyed our Mother’s Day brunch! There was a lot of variety and the food was delicious. Although it was slightly disappointing to find that there was only imitation crab, the mussels, jumbo prawns, scallops and lobster morsels made up for it. A highlight was the beef carving station…the beef was tasty, tender and cooked to a perfect medium rare-medium. The item that quickly became the family favorite were the shredded potato cubes. They were crispy and well-seasoned! There was a lot of selection for salads too. Service was great and we liked the layout of the buffet in the atrium.
