If you're looking for exceptional cuts of beef perfectly prepared, this is the place for you! The table side caesar salad is also very good, and that cheese toast....OMG! Hy's is a premium brand and they take great care to meet expectations. We were very happy with all aspects of our experience. We especially enjoyed the interaction with our waiter Rob. He treated us like welcome guests. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve been to Earls Whistler a few times now and every single visit has been such an amazing experience. Truly one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had. Its a restaurant brand that I love, but the Whistler location is something truly amazing. Vivien is genuinely the sweetest worker EVER. She’s so warm, chatty, welcoming, and makes you feel so cared for the moment you walk in. I come to Whistler once a year ish, and she remembered me and my group from last year!!! We came for my sister’s birthday and she went above and beyond by bringing out a card for her, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the whole night feel extra special. You can tell she genuinely cares about making people have a wonderful experience. Our server, Marta/Martha, was also incredible. She was so kind, thoughtful, attentive, and on top of everything the entire night. She made us feel so comfortable and taken care of, and her service was honestly flawless! The food, atmosphere, and staff here are consistently amazing, but the people working there are what really make this place stand out. Thank you for making my sister’s birthday so memorable 🤍

the four of us expected a lively atmosphere as the Stanley Cup hockey playoffs were on so a fun time and the food and staff were excellent.

So fun for the kids to have their food cooked right in front of them!
