Came here to celebrate our engagement and had such an amazing experience. We had reservations for 7:30pm but arrived around 7pm and were seated right away. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive, and the food came out surprisingly fast. My fiancé ordered the Lioness and Yellowtail rolls, while I got the Gyoza and California roll. Everything tasted incredible, especially the salmon on the Lioness roll — it was so smooth like butter. For the amount and quality of food we received, the price was more than worth it. To top it all off, they gave us a small trinket at the end to celebrate our special occasion, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, the food and experience were a 10/10. We’ll definitely be coming back the next time we’re on vacation.

Best fried chicken I’ve ever had! The chicken breast was as juicy as the thigh. I don’t know if they brine the chicken or not, but it had SO MUCH flavor. Fried okra was also much better than I expected and it was perfectly fried in a light cornmeal batter.

Food was hot and delicious! Service B+. Oregon Pinot Noir on wine list was excellent. Great meal!

We celebrated a friend's birthday and were very pleased with the experience. Our server Ethan was very attentive and helpful with any questions or special requests that we had. Our orders ran the gamut: cedar plant salmon, parmesan crusted petrale sole, oysters on the half shell and seafood fettuccine. We were not disappointed in the amount or quality of our meals. We come to Jake's because we enjoy the old-world ambience.
