We use mostly certified organic produce from the local Santa Barbara Farmers Market, free range chicken and Harris Ranch hormone free beef. We bake our own bread, hand roll our pastas and make all of our desserts in house.     Paloma, for those who enjoy taking their well-behaved dogs out with them for meals, is ideal. They have a expansive outdoor patio welcoming to small to medium sized dogs. The service was wonderful a well as the food. I ordered my wagyu tri-tip rare and it was perfect! The kitchen also made a pulled chicken bowl for my dog and he loved it!
