Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio. Despite this big change, our principles initially founded remain the same: to offer food that distinguishes the best of local products.

    I saw this place on social media and they were correct. This is definitely a restaurant to visit. It is a bit noisy because everyone is out and about enjoying good food. Yes it's expensive but well worth it. I would recommend and will visit again when I return to CDMX. I also heard they opened one in Vegas. 😉

    We went from my husband’s birthday and had an outstanding experience. The food was excellent, and the view honestly cannot be beat. I would recommend this restaurant as an excellent place to celebrate a special occasion and have nothing but good things to say about the service, the food and the entire experience.

    This is now my 3rd time at this restaurant and every time has been a surprise! In the evening they have a live piano and weekends there’s a buffet and every other day there are great package deals for prepaid meals!
