The food is wonderful at this smart, bright, characterful dining room on the first floor of a large period house in South Kensington. The ingredients are fresh and tasty and the menu contains a good choice of interesting fish dishes which are a favourite. Wine choice is very good and at fair prices. Service is excellent from warm, friendly staff that provide the right amount of care and attention. This is our third visit, and second before a lovely stroll up Exhibition Road to the Royal Albert Hall for a concert. Every visit has been great and at a consistently high standard. Make your way here as a must to enjoy the interesting seasonal menu.

A wonderful experience at Daphne’s Chelsea. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel incredibly welcome and kindly gave us the beautiful table I had requested. Our waiter was absolutely charming, attentive and professional without ever being intrusive. The service throughout the afternoon was flawless. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and full of flavour, and the atmosphere was elegant, warm and effortlessly sophisticated. It felt like one of those special places where everything comes together perfectly. Thank you to the entire team for making our lunch so memorable. We can’t wait to return.

We recently visited Myrtos by Asimakis and had such a lovely experience. The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. We ordered the Greek salad, which was divine, the tyropita with orange, and the lobster giouvetsi — both were exquisite and full of flavour. The prices may be a little on the higher side, but honestly, it was worth every penny for the quality and experience. The service was also excellent; everyone was polite, friendly, and more than happy to accommodate our needs. We’ll definitely be coming back again!
