A truly memorable experience, with attentive wait staff, and excellent food. Watching snowfall through the windows was a bonus!

Extremely enjoyable experience. We came one time and returned later in the week it was so pleasant! We tried the fish and chip special which was dynamite. The service and ambiance is perfection! Can’t wait to come back;)

I have always wanted to do afternoon tea at the iconic Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and it lived up to my expectations and more. On arrival we were asked if it was a special occasion and I said it was part of my 50th birthday trip. We were then told that if we could wait 5 minutes we would be seated at the window with the views of the lake, it was just the perfect table with stunning views. We were looked after by Courtney and he could not have been nicer. He talked us through the menu including all the food that was to be served and the various teas. He was delightful and friendly and took the time to chat. Courtney is a credit to the hotel. The afternoon tea did not disappoint, the bubbles, the tea and the savoury and sweet treats were just delicious. The cakes were works of art and the presentation was exceptional. We managed to eat the sandwiches and the scones and one cake. The others were boxed up and we enjoyed them later. The pineapple and passion fruit one was a real highlight. Coming from the United Kingdom where afternoon tea is very popular I would have to say that my experience at Fairmont CLL is probably the best afternoon tea I have ever had. I would recommend it to everyone to try. Thank you to everyone for making it so special and it will be a memory from my 50th birthday trip that I will never forget.

Appetizers were delicious and a generous size. The mains were very tasty and a good portion. Meat was done to perfection. Staff was friendly, service was OK.

Stunning 360 degree views at the top of the mountain! Best staff. Shout out to Gavin our host who looks after us so well. Wait staff are all fantastic! (Neil, Felicia, Andrea, …and others) Favourites are the burger, poutine, fish & chips, Thai shrimp bowl …Caesar’s, espresso martinis, lots of beer choices. Eagles Eye never disappoints!! Coming back again for lunch!!
