A modern take on the great British chophouse, Blacklock Birmingham is nestled inside a beautiful Grade II listed Vicarage on Cathedral Square. We source the best meat in the country from award-winning Cornish farmer and butcher Philip Warren, and cook our chops the simple way, over charcoal, with a little help from our vintage Blacklock irons. This results in perfectly charred chops, steaks and plates made for sharing. All of this is served up alongside generous sides, wine on tap and cocktails served from our cocktail trolley. On Sundays we serve roasts almost as good as Mum’s with all the trimmings and (unlimited) gravy. Don't forget to try Granny's White Chocolate Cheesecake for dessert!Bookings and walk-ins welcome.Monday - Wednesday12:00pm - 3:00pm / 5:00pm - 9:30pmThursday12:00pm - 3:00pm / 5:00pm - 10:00pmFriday12:00pm - 3:00pm / 5:00pm - 10:30pmSaturday 12pm - 10:30pmSundayBookings from 11:45am - 8:00pmSome Walk-ins available

We ate at The Courtyard before going to a show next door at the Town hall. The pizza’s are delicious- thin crust , just how we like them. We also ordered a side dish of rosemary and sea salt wedges and a tomato and mozzarella salad. All served quickly and were hot and very tasty. We then moved to the cosy seating area where we finished off our cocktail and wine. All in all, a lovely evening which we can’t wait to repeat
