CK’s our family owned business believes our business should be part of the solution and not part of the problem. We serve globally inspired food with an emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients. We recycle everything we can: metals, glass, paper and cardboard. Our used cooking oil goes to the local buisness man for his bio-fuel trucks. The vegetable scraps become compost for our garden. 15% of our energy is produced by our rooftop solar panels and solar hot water is on the way soon. Many of us commute to work on foot or by bike. Our food comes from several local farms and ranches and we purify our drinking water. Our goal is fresh healthy food that will feed your body and your soul.

Food and Spirits for the New West!We are blessed to be in this one-in-a-million location, perched on the south rim of the canyon, in the great state of Idaho, 486 vertical feet above the beautiful Snake River. We offer lunch Monday through Saturday from 11:00 to 1:30. The best happy hour in town is from 2 to 5 and full dinner service starts at 5:00.
