The Supper Club experience, led by Executive Chef Joseph Nardo, is a multi-course set tasting menu featuring the absolute best hyper-seasonal ingredients. This experience lasts approximately 2.5 hours and is offered Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings with reservation only at 6:00pm for $85 (beverages, tax and gratuity not included) We can cheerfully accommodate most dietary restrictions with advance notice. To help us prepare, please share any dietary restrictions at least 48 hours in advance. While we love families, we do not offer a children’s menu. One check per table, please. Highland Lodge is proud to offer a full-service Restaurant & Bar with sunset views over Lake Caspian from our Queen Anne Porch or a cozy indoor bar. Our cocktails have been called some of the best in Vermont, and we feature a permanent Hill Farmstead draft line alongside other local favorites.
Our kitchen is Gold Barn certified through Vermont Fresh Network, spending over 35% of our food budget on local goods. Menus are highly seasonal and hyper-local, showcasing Vermont-grown produce, dairy, and meats—often sourced from neighboring farms.
In summer, don’t miss Margarita Mondays with Caja Madera Taco Truck in the beer garden, 4–8pm (Memorial Day–Labor Day).

Newly reconstructed for winter 25/26, the Yurt now features two ski-in access points: the classic approach from Northbrook Trail via Snowshed Slope, and the new Ledgewood Yurt Trail accessed from High Road, making it easier than ever to work into your day on snow.
