He apologized for our long (30 min) wait for a table in the main dining room, took great care of us and comp’d desserts for the 4 of us. There is ample seating in an outdoor patio and another area on the side of the building under a tent-like structure. We could have been seated there quickly but opted to wait for a table inside and it’s worth the wait. The meals were excellent. Homemade truffle pasta; roasted salmon beautifully presented; and a brilliant twist on pasta with clams, served with a sauce made with puréed mussels where every bite was the sea.
