We are not big eaters although love good food, this buffet had it all and the food tested incredible. We started with the sea food, crab lags, which were steamed and mouth watering. Next the carving sections for Pork,Turkey, beef they had it all, and what we tried was again excellent. We went ahead and tried the Chinese food, awesome and noted it tasted and was prepared to perfection. We ordered his signature trio — the pan‑seared scallops, the Beef Wellington, and the sticky toffee pudding — and every dish was exceptional. The scallops were buttery and perfectly seared, the Wellington lived up to the hype with its tender beef and crisp pastry, and the sticky toffee pudding was rich, warm, and absolutely unforgettable. Our server, Megan, was fabulous! Even the Old Fashioned we ordered was the best we’ve ever had. From start to finish, the meal was flawless.
